Conversion kit for 6V ignition to 12V electronic ignition.

Spark plug signal / coil + CDI in 12V (supplied with) but headlight / blinker supply signal kept in 6V.

Please note: the two small holes in the stator coil may need to be slightly ovalized to ensure that they don't rub the inside of the flywheel!

Conversion kit for 6V ignition to 12V electronic ignition.

High performance electronic ignition for 6V engines of ST Dax, CT, Z50, SS, CD, C, Monkey.

Replacement kit for the low voltage coil (available in 54 mm or 58 mm fixing axis) platinum screw, capacitor and high voltage coil.

The kit includes the special electronic coil to put in place of the original one (check the compatibility), the CDI box, the high voltage coil, 4 lugs allowing you to make the connections.

The assembly is done on original stator and keeping the standard lighting coil and the original steering wheel.

Like Suzuki ignitions, the detection of the advance point is done according to the location of the primary coil itself and according to the intensity of the signal received.

The spark is thus triggered when a certain level of charge is reached.

You can only use the CDI supplied with it.

You can keep your bulbs and other accessories on the 6V harness!

You have to dismantle your original flywheel and remove primary coil, capacitor and platinum screws.
Mount the primary coil provided.
For the connections :
the blue wire to the blue wire
the grey wire on the grey wire of the CDI.
On this CDI there is a black wire to put to the chassis ground and the red wire to connect to the high voltage coil
the red wire which is connected to the blue one is the circuit breaker: when it is put to the ground the motor stops.
