Complete HITACHI repair kit TRAIL BIKES for 6VOT ignition

Reconditioning kit for 6V breaker ignition HONDA.

Designed for HITACHI ignition.

Kit contents:

• Ignition and lighting coils fixing distance = 54mm (also available in 58mm on some ignitions)
• Switch and capacitor
• Central spi gasket 18.9/30/5
• Large O-ring
• Screws and felt pad

Compatible with most DAX, Chaly, ZB, Monkey Honda 6V models.

Please note that this lug has 4 pins, not 6.

Explanations :

• The two round eyelets are for connecting to the plate / ground
• The small black-white wire with an eyelet is for connecting the breaker to the capacitor.
• The coil with yellow wire only is to be connected to the capacitor.
• The black wire of the coil which is connected to the 4-pin socket on the harness is designed to be connected to the breaker at the same point as the black/white wire with its eyelet which connects breaker and capacitor.
• This same coil with single-wire plug has an eyelet that connects under the head of the screw that holds the coil in place (ground)
• The ignition coil is the one with only one wire and is connected to the capacitor.
