The right-hand crankcase features an oil filter access port and an oil cooler outlet.

The cylinder head has 4 mounting holes allowing the intake pipe to be aligned directly with the engine axis or externally.

Requires a flexible sleeve to be added with a 58mm center distance.

We recommend that you drain the engine's storage oil, available HERE

The center distance for attaching the intake pipe to the cylinder head is also 58mm.

Recommended carburetor settings KEIHIN PE28 :

- Needle: JFN

- Cup: 3.0

- Needle clips in the middle

- Idle jet 42

- Main jet 112 / 115

- Air screw 1 ¾ to 2 turns

Included with the engine: a spark plug NGK ER9EH, 30mm diameter intake pipe (without sleeve), 15-tooth gearbox output pinion (420 inner diameter 17mm), 4-curve electrical and CDI harness, high-voltage coil and anti-parasitic.

Requires 16mm kick shaft.

The large cover on the cylinder head provides easy access to the timing chain and rocker arms, but also facilitates engine maintenance.

The little black rubber pucks between the fins in the photos are removable anti-vibration shims; they can be removed.
