Wide recess for 14mm wrench, specifically designed to fit DAX (Honda and Chinese) front or rear hubs on wheel rims.
It fits perfectly into the recess at the end of the hub's spokes.
This nut also fits inside the headlight housing to hold the headlight in place.
(For your information, a standard 8mm diameter flat nut is designed for a 13mm wrench)
