Engine 150cc ANIMA 2015 SOHC DAYTONA 4V.

The new version of the engine DAYTONA 4 valves V2 FDX with :

New ignition with voltage regulator and 12V power wire for your headlights!

- Camshaft with automatic decompressor for an easier starting and to avoid kick back.

- The crankcases have been reinforced and the gearbox staging modified!

- Single camshaft cylinder head with 4 valves:

2 x intake valves 24.5mm and 2 x exhaust valves 21mm

- Bore: 62mm (high strength ceramic treated aluminum cylinder and high compression piston)

- Cylinder height: 80mm

- Stroke: 49.5mm

- Silent timing chain 94 links

- Manual clutch 6 discs

- Full Racing ignition with specific CDI

- 4 speed transmission N-1-2-3-4 (bottom dead center)

- Total weight of the engine: 21kg

The right-hand crankcase is equipped with a trap door to access the oil filter and an outlet for the oil cooler.

The cylinder head has 4 mounting holes allowing the intake pipe to be oriented directly on the engine axis or on the outside.

Requires a flexible sleeve to be added with a center distance of 58mm.

The center distance for the intake pipe is also 58mm.

Recommended carburetor settings KEIHIN PE28 :

- Needle : JFN

- Cup : 3.0

- Needle clips in the middle

- Idle jet 40

- Main jet 110 / 112

- Air screw 1 ¾ to 2 turns

Included with the engine are: a spark plug NGK ER9EH, 30mm diameter intake pipe (without sleeve), clutch cable support, 15 tooth gearbox output pinion (420 inner diameter 17mm), wiring harness, voltage regulator, CDI box, high voltage coil and anti-parasitic.

Requires a 16mm axle kick.

The large cover on the cylinder head allows easy access to the timing chain and rocker arms but also facilitates engine maintenance.

The small black rubber pucks between the fins on the pictures are removable anti-vibration shims; they can be removed.

Width of the motor housing at the upper mounting level 94mm (high motor axis)

Width of the engine all inclusive from the ignition housing to the clutch housing (measured from above): 28cm

Total length of the engine all included from the back of the crankcase to the end of the cylinder head: 46cm
